Vacuum & Thermoform Barrier Packaging

Vacuum packaging is essential in preserving product freshness and shelf life. In addition to film, these are supplied as pre formed bags including, flat 3 side seal bags, doy and side gusset packages.

Design Options

Vacuum and Thermoform Barrier can be printed with up to 10 colours on our rotogravure press, including varnishes.
Printing options available include Matte varnish overlays and U.V spot printing.

Manufacturing

Rewind film and lidding is manufactured and supplied as roll stock film. Material options include Polypropylene, Nylon, PET, Metallised PET, Foil and PE, Titan Packaging can consult and advise on suitable materials. 

Packing Information

Can be packed using thermoforming equipment and vacuum packing systems.
Must be thermally sealed.

The stand up pouch is one of the most recognized packaging styles available due to its popularity with consumers and retailers. Being practical and robust, it is ideal for products such as powders, grains, seeds and liquids such as soups and sauces.

Design Options :
The stand up doy can be optioned with zip seals, tear notches, peg holes, re-closable spouts and one way valves.
We can print up to 10 colours on our rotogravure press, including varnishes.
Printing options available include Matte varnish overlays, U.V spot printing and De Metallised processing.

Manufacturing :
The stand up pouch is completely manufactured from a roll of composite film.
Material options include Polypropylene, Nylon, PET, Metallised PET, Foil, Paper and PE; Titan Packaging can consult and advise on suitable materials.
Suitable for dry products, granules, powders and liquids.

Packing Information :
Can be packed using inline/rotary automatic fill and seal packers or be manual processes.
Suitable for gas flushing, hot fill, retort and vacuum packing, depending on material specification.
